Who We Are

Pioneer Breast Health and Community Outreach is a multi-faceted program focused on increasing knowledge and changing attitudes about breast health and early detection within Denton County. With support from Susan G. Komen for the Cure® North Texas Affiliate, breast health educators will provide culturally relevant on-site breast health education, connect medically underserved, uninsured, or underinsured women to low cost and/or free mobile mammography, and facilitate community events that raise awareness about breast health.

What We Do

Increase breast health awareness through community outreach and events,

Partner with Community Health Resources to provide early detection & screening,

Provide access to mammography and diagnostic services to the uninsured and underinsured,

Provide Social Support through our Survivor Network, and much more.
